"If you have any issues after installation, don’t expect to get a response from them. We were initially happy with our install but have come to find out they didn’t bury the post deep enough or use enough concrete which caused me and my family to deal with further damage and stress. Tried to reach out on multiple occasions to Cade and Preston to get some help or advice and received no response. Wasn’t looking for anything free and was more than willing to pay for their mistake if we could have reached a compromise. Instead, I received no communication or a chance to even discuss the problem which leads me to believe this is normal practice for them. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that this wasn’t done on purpose and hopeful they could offer a solution to help with the issue their workmanship caused and was completely ignored. Wouldn’t recommend working with them. You should never ignore current or former customers, it’s disrespectful. At least have the decency to let me know you don’t care about the situation rather than ignoring me."
