"They were quick and did a fantastic job. We had done our own patio, and after a year, it started to sink. They redid the whole thing and the walkway we were "planning" to get to soon. They also repaired some damaged siding and went above and beyond. We will definitely use them again for our next project."
"I found out about Southern Construction when my insurance company recommended them. Jay and Jathan came out and took care of that insurance claim, and I decided to hire them to do some additional work as well. They didn't disappoint. I had them remodel my master bath and part of my kitchen. There were some hiccups along the way but these guys were always there, always in communication with me, always working to make sure that the job got done to my satisfaction. The end result was beautiful and I'd use them again with no reservations. David Cisneros did an amazing job as project lead."

"I woke up Monday morning and stepped on my bedroom rug that was soaking wet . I called the insurance agent at 8:30 and southern construction was out here putting fans and a dehumidifier up to dry the carpeting and walls before 11am. They came back on Thursday to clean up the water damage and prepare the four rooms for renovation. Southern Construction was very prompt and efficient . I would recommend them for mitigation and renovation ."
"Southern Construction really came through for me. They replaced wall-to-wall flooring on an insurance claim in our home. These guys worked seamlessly with an Allstate adjuster that was... I'll just say difficult. The crew was extremely knowledgable, courteous, and accommodating to our needs & schedule, and the quality of the work provided was top shelf! "I would give only 1 star for the level of unprofessional & insulting communication from Jay & Jathan, but I let them have a 2 star review for the information given about ALE that would otherwise be unknown since AllState failed to inform us of that option. So thank you for that, but from the beginning, I had an uneasy feeling working with them, I wasn’t sure why -until I learned through trying to work with them over the recent 3 months that they ghosted us frequently, along with AllState also having poor communication with our numerous attempts to communicate. A simple text, email or call would have been professional to keep lines of communication open throughout the process. Also, they gave only one contact option for cabinetry that had nothing we liked, and never offered other referrals, options, or information on cabinetry, flooring, or countertop options—leaving us in the dark to even try to plan our kitchen repairs & remodeling. Lastly, confirming my suspicions about their level of professionalism, when we ultimately decided to change to a different contractor, Southern Construction sent us a bill for the demolition and had inflated all line items and even increased the square footage of our home in order to further increase charges, resulting in a total far beyond what was already settled on with AllState. They had weeks to adjust the estimate with AllState to reflect any demolition charges already completed, but did not and instead after we chose to change, they are attempting to fraudulently charge us thousands more than their charges reviewed and agreed on with Allstate. I would not recommend working with a dishonorable contractor such as Southern Construction. Feel free to contact me with a reputable and honest contractor that I am now with."
