"I rarely post reviews unless I get truly outstanding service from an owner and company. We had issues non stop with our DR Horton home and the A/C. It's a long story but we moved from IL to be closer to our adult children, one of which is a PO in TX in a "rough" area, well 1/2 of it is. He wanted to be assured his wife and future kids would be cared for, God forbid anything happened. Since our move we had MANY setbacks! Many medical issues; one being with my husband's heart and a complete blockage in the right artery of his heart, plus he is a diabetic. I was in a serious auto accident in a car I paid off 3 yrs early just to be able to buy our home. I've also had 5 surgeries (21, YES 21 SURGERIES IN ALL) but 5 since 2022. Then 5 months after moving from IL to TX my husband lost his job here in TX at Overnight Transportation in Garland, TX. They closed 2 in the US and this was one of them. Anyhow our A/C was a huge issue. We had several repair men working on it, then some guy with a Bacon truck shows up...and tells us we need an entire new unit...Mind you the home was 3-4 yrs old!! He said it was a builder issue, so the home warranty service i had wouldn't pay for it. We sat for a month in Aug. with only 3 portable A/C units. Both my husband and I with major medical issues etc. We couldn't afford the "Bacon" guys quote of over 15K...mind you this guy we paid cash he was doing side work ... WITH A BACON TRUCK!! SO BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!! Anyways, Jonathan and his team were absolutely amazing!! He worked on a payment plan with us and his team did a fabulous job!! We have been scammed by so many contractors....but Jonathan and his team stand behind all their work, they listen to their clients and follow up afterwards! I highly recommend them for any kind of work you need...they are amazing and always so kind...oh and lastly...THEY ARE LOCATED IN OUR COMMUNITY IN WOODCREEK!! I found the local contractors really are the BEST...they take care of their community!! If there was 100 star review...that would be for Jonathan! He and my son who is a PO is named Johnathan...a bit different spelling but still Jonathan is amazing for all your needs...even those Xmas lights ya'll!! He does amazing work!! 🥰"
"Jonathan did my light installation for the holidays. He was immediate in response to my social media request for help! Polite. Professional. Asked for pictures of the area needed for work. Gave me a rough estimate. We agreed on price and date and he was prompt! His communication was on point- he wasn’t able to make it on the day agreed due to unforeseen circumstances but because we had been communicating we made a quick adjustment to the very next day- Lights were done with precision and care and I have a new light guy!!!!!"
