"The workers showed up Friday morning and did a wonderful job installing the equipment however One of them was wandering around our house without the foot coverings on, and I asked him to not to go back to my mothers room and he seemed a little bewildered. I also asked them to leave some of the AC equipment they removed behind and I put them aside in the back of our carport. Shortly after they left, I realized they came into the carport and drug the air handler across the painted floor and scratched it badly. I called the office and requested that it be returned, and they said they would, but didn’t know when. They did stop by and offered $100.00 to cover any losses, but I told them that wasn’t nearly the equivalent of the damage done. I also asked them to turn the fan speed up before they left and they didn’t and it took five hours for the house to cool from 87° to 82°. Overall I am happy with the installation but the responsiveness of the management team was very slow and it’s been three weeks since installation and the equipment has still not appeared."
