"We hired this company to clean for us since we are getting ready to list our house. Everything was cleaned well but for 2.5 hours of work was close to 700$. Now this isn't a review complaining about the price it's the fact that they moved furniture and items and never moved them back to how they were when they left. They damaged a few items as well and left a rug stained and dirty and you can see down below. Very disappointed since it's really unprofessional to just leave a client's house damaged when I specifically hired you to clean. It would be different if they addressed the damage or informed me of it but nothing was said. No one even spoke English and I couldn't understand anything they wanted to tell me. They did a great cleaning job just these few deficiencies have really left me disappointed with this company."

We did come as scheduled and did end up sending a second team (6 ladies!) so we could accomplish the goal being the house required over a lot more then we had originally planned for. Your house took over 15 total cleaning hours, Not just 2.5! It is very unfortunate to learn about these issues through a bad review when all you had to do is mention them to us so we could help and correct them right away. Hope you agree that, you choosing to go on line this way is definitely not the way to resolve and it only makes us all look bad. - We do our best in each and every call to provide all of our clients with a quality and professional service. Remember, We did asked you to please look at it all before we left and we were told that everything was great... "I have used Sonia’s since 2002 in 4 different homes. I recently moved to a new home and Sonia’s did the move-out cleaning on my old home and deep cleaned my new home. I’ve read all of the reviews, and while I see that some people have had some issues, I just wanted to share that the teams that have cleaned my homes for nearly 18 years have always done a wonderful job. Sure, sometimes things happen—but Victor always makes it right. Most importantly, this company is trustworthy. I’m very picky with every service company that I use, and I do a lot of research into every service provider. There are many reasons I’ve stayed with Sonia’s as my cleaning service for so many years: they work very hard and keep everything looking immaculate. They come when they are expected, and communicate when an issue arises. They correct mistakes, and they clean to a very high standard."

"I had the best experience this week with Sonia Magical Cleaning. My house has been being cleaned by a professional cleaning service for the last year but I knew it was not clean. I called Sonia's Magical Cleaning and was amazed at the results. The whole house not only looked cleaned it felt clean. The closets, rooms, fans, laundry room, and garage were cleaned.
