"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They said it lasts for 90 days. Scheduled a 2nd service call. The bugs came back. They then said it's only good for 70 days, which is convenient because I sent the message on day 72. I said I needed them to come out again, ASAP. Two more messages went unanswered. Then sent a 3rd and they tried to say they responded to all messages. When I said they did not, they were butt-hurt and offended, then said they weren't interested in my business anymore. Does not care about customers, only their money. They will argue with you even when they know they are wrong. They have no dignity or pride in their work."

Our standard service agreement includes a 30-day warranty, which is clearly stated on your invoice. We stand by the quality of our work within that warranty period. While our product manufacturer may claim a longer efficacy window, the warranty we provide is what we guarantee. We also strive to provide excellent service to all of our customers, but we will not tolerate disrespectful or hateful behavior toward our staff. We believe we have honored our commitment to you based on the terms of our agreement. Due to the issues you've raised and the unproductive nature of our recent interactions, we have decided that it is best to part ways. We wish you the best in finding a future service provider.
