"Rockwall Electric Heating and Air did an outstanding job upgrading our electrical system. We had two panels completely replaced. One was relocated from the inside of our house to the outside. The second was in our detached garage, and was wired to accommodate our Tesla charger. Trace and Gio came out to do the initial inspection and estimate. Trace was very knowledgeable and explained our options to have a safe architecture while remaining within our budget. The owner, Chris, followed up to answer my many questions and understand our scheduling needs. The team arrived early and stayed late to finish this complex job in just one day. We were so relieved. Stephanie was great as well, keeping everything on track and answering the phone after hours, which was a nice touch. She handled the scheduling of the inspection as well. The price was more than fair, and I am confident that the work done was top notch. Thanks again to all of you!"
