"I used Rise Up Roofing some years back for a full roof replacement and was very satisfied. Recently, a leak formed over my driveway area so I chose to call Rise Up to the rescue once again. Patrick came out three days later, after getting delayed twice by a current roof job, and took a look at my issue. He informed me he needed another one of his employees to stop by and take a look for further investigation the following Monday and would get back with me on Monday to confirm. I heard back nothing on Monday, so I reached out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he stated they would try to get out on that Thursday and would let me know ASAP on Tuesday. The return text or call never came, so I reached out to another local roofing company which responded immediately and completed all repairs within 5 days. I'm not sure if the job was too small and Rise Up has so much full roof replacement work they don't want to be bothered by some $2,000 job or there was some other contributing factor. I was not asking for warranty work. If the job was too small, I wish they would have just told me upfront instead of leading me along for a full 10 days. I will certainly take Rise Up off my preferred roofing contractor list after this experience and communication failure multiple times."

"I just had my shingles replaced by Rise Up Roofing and the experience was great. These guys are top notch. They brought color samples to help in picking a color and talked to me about how things would go down. They let me know they would have someone on site at all times to oversee the work, which they did. The roofers did excellent work. The shingles are all lined up straight and they went above what I expected to prevent any damage to gutters, plants and items on my porch. It was obvious that this was not their team's first rodeo. They worked hard to do a good cleanup and make it look like they had never been there. I have a steep roof but they still made fast work of it, getting a large roof done in one day. They had the materials delivered that morning so they weren't sitting in my drive more than was needed. They also use the types of materials that makes your roof stand out. I can say that my roof definitely looks much classier than before. Neighbors have given their thumbs up and were impressed with the speed and quality of the work. I highly recommend Rise Up Roofing.
