"I don’t normally write reviews, but Redstone Pest & Termite Control have been amazing. Its good to deal with a company which really seems like their only goal is to help you. Lots of big businesses nowadays just seem like everything they do is about what they can get away with. I never felt that with them at all. We discovered a termite problem around the foundation of our house this year and it was unsettling. We called several companies, and not only did Redstone come out with the lowest in price, their employees, from first calling in to their office - to their technician that came out to our house, was significantly better than the competition. I was impressed. I wasn’t out to find the cheapest price, I wanted to find a company that I knew would take care of the problem, do it the right way, without cutting corners. I’m a value person in general, if prices are similar, I’ll pay more to get the better service or product. And in truth, I would’ve picked their team even if their price was the highest. I trusted them that much more, front office & technician, just wild they were actually the cheapest too. The technician walked me through everything he was going to do before he started, he performed exactly as expected, and my problem is completely gone now. Huge relief!
