"Called to get pricing on cleaning two shower tubs. One of which has only been used two times ever. I was quoted $160 Plus Tax! Seriously! That is insane. All they need is wiped down but I can't reach any longer due to health issues. It's not like they are doing the entire bathroom or the entire house for that matter. Update to respond to their post. I requested a 30 minute job. Not 2.5 Hours. Nowhere in that conversation was it discussed it was for a 2.5 hour cleaning. If that is what was discussed, I would understand the pricing. But that was NOT what was requested nor offered! (And I had my own supplies.) Oh. And it says under your google account you service my area. Nothing about extra charges."

The $160 plus tax reflects our minimum service visit, which includes both the base appointment time (up to 2.5 labor hours) plus a standard trip fee for homes located more than 15 miles from our office. Even for smaller jobs, we reserve dedicated time in our schedule and send a fully insured professional with all necessary supplies and equipment. That 2.5-hour window can be used to clean as much of the home as possible — not just the shower tubs. When the price was shared, the call ended before we had the opportunity to fully explain what was included or discuss possible options. We are always happy to answer questions and do our best to accommodate when we can. We truly empathize with health limitations that make cleaning difficult, and we never want pricing to feel dismissive. Our goal is to provide consistent, professional service while maintaining the minimums necessary to operate responsibly. We wish you all the best. Here is an update your response: Thank you for the update. At the time of your call, our minimum service rate was $150 plus tax. Based on the property’s location, a $10 travel fee applied, bringing the total to $160 plus tax. Since we do not offer a 30-minute option, the $160 plus tax reflected our minimum appointment of up to 2.5 hours of labor; however, the call ended prematurely before we were able to explain that. We are always happy to clarify pricing and answer questions when given the opportunity. We wish you the best.
