Even for smaller jobs, we reserve dedicated time in our schedule and send a fully insured professional with all necessary supplies and equipment. That 2.5-hour window can be used to clean as much of the home as possible — not just the shower tubs. When the price was shared, the call ended before we had the opportunity to fully explain what was included or discuss possible options. We are always happy to answer questions and do our best to accommodate when we can. We truly empathize with health limitations that make cleaning difficult, and we never want pricing to feel dismissive. Since we do not offer a 30-minute option, the $160 plus tax reflected our minimum appointment of up to 2.5 hours of labor; however, the call ended prematurely before we were able to explain that.
