"Not happy at all with this companies performance! They broke a 800 dollar vacuum of ours that they were not supposed to be using in the first place. We have been paying for a general clean which is supposed to include the scrubbing of showers & tubs neither was done and never was. Beds were supposed to be fixed of course never touched them. When they mopped missed so many spots looked like a quick spot mop. Highly disappointed & would not recommend"

Regarding the vacuum: our team does not use homeowners’ equipment as a standard policy. On this visit, the cleaner was offered your vacuum after theirs experienced an issue. The vacuum was not broken but had an odor, and we still offered to replace it. You later confirmed it was covered under warranty and replaced at no cost. Scrubbing showers and tubs is included in our standard cleans and has consistently been performed at your home. Beds are often already made upon arrival; however, our team still tidies them to the best of their ability when possible. After each cleaning, we followed up, and aside from the vacuum conversation, no concerns were ever raised. As noted in our service agreement, we ask that any issues be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning so we can address them promptly and fairly. We always strive to provide thorough, consistent service and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.
