"Love working with this family owned company. They are local, friendly, and they guarantee their services. I have never worked with a pest control company that guarantees their services like they do. The best part is that I’ve never had to use the guarantee because the product has always worked the first time. I have worked with this company since 2016 and I highly recommend them. The first time I was in a bind and had fire ants crawling all over my front porch. They arrived the same day that I called and voila no more fire ants. I have them every year to spray as a preventative measure. One time, after I moved into a new place, I thought I had termites and I was so nervous. They were there the next day! That was 4-5 years ago. Karen, Shane & Kirk have been taking care of me ever since. Karen is always so good to remind me quarterly to do the regular spraying. "I have used First Strike Pest Control for many years. They have been very reliable and responsive. I like to have the first appointment of the day and they are wonderful about setting that up for me. They notify me in advance and give me optional day/times for my service. Shane is my service person and he’s been great. If I have any issues in between service visits, he comes out to retreat at no cost. Because of covid I’ve only had him spray outside and it’s worked great. I do miss the interaction and conversations with him...hopefully that will be possible soon. I highly recommend this company!"

"A squirrel found its way into our attic early today. We had a squirrel do $1,200 worth of damage at our last house, so we wanted it taken care of as soon as possible. We called First Strike and spoke with Karen. (Every other place we called went straight to voice mail.) Karen arranged for Shane Woods to come out in just a few hours. Shane quickly found where the squirrel had found its way into our attic, repaired the opening, put a trap in place, and ensured that everything was properly taken care of before leaving.
