"Highly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions. Brandon was able to get out to us quickly when our plumbing went sideways and cleared a sewer stoppage the same visit. He ran a camera and found a break in the pipe that was actually on the city side — and instead of trying to upsell a repair, he told us straight up to check with the city first. That kind of honesty is rare and appreciated. While he was already there, we had them install a new toilet and a new showerhead. The toilet install wasn’t straightforward due to an uneven tile floor, but Brandon explained exactly what was going on, shimmed and caulked it properly, and made sure we understood everything before he left. Fast response, clear communication, and no pressure sales. We’ll absolutely use them again."

"Brandon and his crew did an exceptional job repairing our plumbing. We bought a house and within two month of living there we had a main water leak under the foundation. He was quick, efficient, and most importantly honest. He had a team out digging almost immediately and he was there next day to perform the repair. I’m currently healing from Achilles surgery so being without water was a hassle and his was heartfelt and understood. The digging was less than anticipated so he called me explaining the bill would be lowered due to that. Most companies would’ve never mentioned that and just pocketed the money. We had a slab leak and My home warranty company sent out some jokester of a company and they quoted a ridiculous price after they tore up the bathroom unnecessarily and didn’t explain why they charged so much. "Brandon came out to give me an assessment and estimate on a job involving broken & deteriorating cast iron plumbing on a house from the 80's. It also had no clean outs and he was able to explain why those would help in the future. Brandon, Alyssa, and the rest of the team are truly wonderful human beings.
