Customers consistently praise Alexander and Xavier Masonry for their professionalism, excellent workmanship, and attention to detail. They appreciate the company's ability to match mortar and brick perfectly, leaving repairs nearly invisible. The team is described as courteous, responsive, and respectful of customers' properties. While some mention that the company may not be the cheapest option, they believe the quality of work and customer service justify the cost.
