"We bought a lake front property in Heath about 4 years ago, and although the sunsets are great, there are some real challenges including pest control. We have a wide range of critters including mosquitos, midges, wasps, ants, spiders, crane flies, beetles, etc. We've also had our share of larger "guests" such as snakes, skunks, armadillos, and squirrels. We quickly realized that we needed an expert to help us from being overrun. We were fortunate enough to find James of Action Pest Solutions. James has detailed knowledge of a wide variety of pests, how they breed, feed, and behave, and most importantly, how to control them. We have been very pleased with the support we've received from James - thanks to James, we have been able to enjoy our property without constant attack by critters. Most notably, we are plagued by ants and mosquitos. As such, James provides regular treatment for these insects and we now hardly notice them. In addition to small pests, James also helped us with a "larger" pest - a male skunk. Apparently, this animal felt free to start digging a hole under our guest house, James thinks to build a nest for Mrs. Skunk. Thanks to James, Mr. Skunk never stood a chance! He set a trap for the skunk and believe it or not, baited it with Cheetos. I initially had my doubts, but within a day, a big skunk was sitting in the trap! James didn't kill it, but instead transported it out east and humanely released it in the woods. No need to say how impressed and appreciative we are for James' knowledge and treatments. We completely and highly recommend James and Action Pest Solutions to anyone looking to effectively manage any pest issues."

"I had this company come service 2 of my rental homes in Forney, one tenant said she did not see him treat all the exterior backside and little bit thats fenced on left side was left untreated she had cameras that showed him treat the left side before fence and front and right side but back side and small section of left side was not treated. James said he did treat it must have been camera not working properly. 2nd home didn’t say much. he treated the home inside and outside we had a ant issue in the area. He assured me both homes was treated and he had a 30 days warranty on his work if any ants came back he would come back and spray another time to insure they are gone. i said ok. I paid the invoices and left it at that. 2 weeks later one tenant sends me pictures of ants inside the kitchen backsplash and I contacted James he said he would put it on schedule and been about 3 weeks now no response. Does not seem like he values his warranty."

We had a wasp infestation with 2 toddlers at home and he came to help as soon as possible, super friendly & professional plus you can’t beat their prices (trust me I called around, some companies don’t even inspect around on the roof or attic which I don’t understand if you’re looking for a nest) he took care of us and told us he would come back if we continued to have issues!
